Da ich für vier Wochen reisen gehe, möchte ich gerne mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit vermieten.
Es ist ca. 14 qm groß, sehr hell und voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 75 qm und besteht aus einem weiteren Schlafzimmer meines Mitbewohners, einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer, einer Wohnküche und einem Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne.
Das Haus ist ein Altbau, weshalb die Wohnung sehr hohe Decken hat und recht hell ist.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Zwischenmieterin sehr sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht und diese sauber hält.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt von Lörrach.
Mein Mitbewohner ist voll berufstätig und recht wenig vor Ort.
Jedoch ist er für ein Gespräch und ein Glas Wein immer zu haben :-)
