Ich vermiete ab August ein Zimmer zur Untermiete in zentraler Lage in Lörrach. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls möbliert. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel, da können wir gerne schauen wie es passt. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Lörrach, eine S-Bahnhaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten zum Bad. Bhf. Basel), verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Ich biete das Zimmer zur Untermiete an, bisher wohne ich alleine in der 3 Zi.-Wohnung. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, somit muss nichts mehr mitgebracht werden.
