Es handelt sich um eine WG in einem Haus in Kandern-Wollbach, in einem ruhigen ländlichen Ortsteil.
Das Zimmer ist im ersten Stock, es ist mit 23 qm sehr grosszügig, hat Korkfussboden, 2 Fenster und eine doppelflüglige Glastür auf den Balkon hinaus. Der Balkon aus Holz ist ca. 4,8 qm gross.
Der Ortsteil ist ländlich, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man im autofreien Wandergebiet. Der Ort hat zwei Restaurants und einen Hofladen, der Freitags u.a. selbst gebackenes Holzofenbrot anbietet.
Der öffentliche Nahverkehr (Buslinie 54 und 55) mit stündlicher Verbindung nach Lörrach, Weil am Rhein und Basel befindet sich in 1.5 km Entfernung.
Wir freuen uns auf einen aufgeschlossenen naturliebenden Menschen, der dieses Haus mit uns teilen möchte und einen vegetarischen Lebensstil pflegt. Wir selbst sind im pädagogisch/kreativen Bereich tätig und arbeiten zum grössten Teil von zuhause aus. Unsere ältere Katzendame ist sehr schüchtern und verträgt keine anderen Tiere im Haus.
Gerne tauschen wir uns mit Interessentinnen vorab per Skype aus.
Wir freuen uns auf weltoffene Menschen, die gerne in Kontakt mit anderen Menschen gehen möchten. Wir haben eine ältere Katze, die sehr scheu ist. Katzen sollten den MitbewohnerInnen angenehm sein. Der Ort ist sehr im Grünen gelegen, die Strasse in den Ort endet hier, es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Menschen, die die Ruhe und die Natur lieben, können hier ganz bei sich ankommen.

It is a shared apartment in a house in Kandern-Wollbach, in a quiet rural district.
The room is on the second floor, it is very spacious with 23 sqm, has cork floor, 2 windows and a double glass door out onto the balcony. The wooden balcony is about 4.8 sqm.
The village is rural, in less than 5 minutes you are in the car-free hiking area. The village has two restaurants and a farm store, which offers homemade wood oven bread on Fridays, among other things.
The public transport (bus line 54 and 55) with hourly connections to Lörrach, Weil am Rhein and Basel is 1.5 km away.
We are looking forward to an open-minded nature-loving person who would like to share this house with us. We ourselves are in the educational/creative field and work from home for the most part. Our older cat lady is very shy and does not tolerate other animals in the house. Cats should be pleasant to roommates.
The place is located very in the greenery, the road to the village ends here, there is no through traffic. People who love peace and nature can come here completely to themselves.
