Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer und 2 Balkone sowie einer Küche mit EBK und einem Bad mit Badewanne (Tageslichtbad).
Das angebotene Zimmer ist 15 qm groß (nicht möbiliert), das Wohnzimmer dient als Gemeinschaftsraum.
Im Keller befindet sich die Waschküche und ein Kellerraum.
Ein Stellplatz kann zusätzlich erworben werden.
Zum genannten Mietpreis kommen die üblichen Kosten von Strom, KabelTV - Internet, Müllgebühren etc. anteilig hinzu.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Kauflands. Somit ist der S-Bahn Anschluß in max. 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ferner befindet sich die Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor der Türe.
DM Markt, KiK, Deichmann, Fressnapf, Aldi, Kaufland, Apotheke etc. ist also alles fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
