suche eine Zwischenmieterin bzw. einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in netter 3er-WG in Lörrach.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Top-Lage, zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 min in die Innenstadt/Bahnhof und 15 min zur DHBW.
Das Zimmer ist hell und komplett neu möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank, großes Bett, Nachttisch, Regal und TV). Die WG verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Esstisch und Spülmaschine. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und Badewanne.
Die Nutzung des WLAN-Anschlusses ist im Mietpreis inklusive.
Das Zimmer ist von 04.06.2011 bis 31.12.2011 frei, kann jedoch ggf. auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden.
