Dein Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, ca.12-14 qm, aber hell und es gibt noch ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer und einen herrlich blühenden Gartenbalkon, vor allem im Sommer (Südseite) unser zweites Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer ist auch noch Platz für ein Regal von Dir! Alles hat Holzboden und ist sehr gemütlich und schön! Ab Juli zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus und ich ca. Ende des Jahres, d.h. ab dann kann die Wohnung auch übernommen werden (Komplettmiete warm 640 Euro, komplett qm=63).
Direkt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof, sehr zentral! In einem Haus mit sehr netten Nachbarn im obersten (3.) Stock.
Sehr gemütlich! Zusammen kochen, auf dem Balkon sitzen, gärtnern, Filme schauen... aber einfach was man möchte - es ist auch völlig ok, sich mal zurückzuziehen ;) Ich freue mich auf einen neuen Menschen zum Kennenlernen und zusammenwohnen, auch wenn ich oft nicht zu hause bin, genieße ich es sehr, zusammen zu quatschen, zu kochen, mal einen Film zusammen zu schauen, ein Bierchen auf dem Balkon zu trinken, gemeinsam zu frühstücken... ;)
