angeboten wird ein Zimmer im blauen Haus, 7 min zu Fuß vom HBF und ca 12 min bis in die Innenstadt.
Vorzugsweise richtet sich dieses Inserat an duale Studenten der DHBW Lörrach, da ich auch ein dualer Student bin. So wäre es bezüglich Wohnungssuche kein großes Problem. In dem Haus und der Nachbarschaft wohnen viele Studenten der DHBW. Zum KBC (International Business, Tourismus M. sowie Gesundheitsmgmnt.), sind es 1,8 KM und zur Hangstraße 800m (DHBW Standorte).
Das WG Leben ist entspannt und die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das inserierte Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und ist hell gestaltet. Des weiteren ist das Zimmer bereits voll möbliert und kann direkt ab Januar bezogen werden. Vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und auch mit dem Auto ist das Haus schnell zu erreichen (gute Anbindung). Trotzdem ist die Nachbarschaft eher ruhig.
