Das Zimmer hat 15 qm und beinhaltet ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal. Es steht in der Wohnung eine voll
ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein
Abstellraum und Keller zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Strom, Heizung,
Wasser, Müllgebühr, WLAN und alles was sonst so dazu gehört ist
natürlich inklusive. Nach Absprache kann auch gern mein
Festnetz-Telefon mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung hat 2 kleine aber feine
Balkone, von denen einer gerne alleine genutzt werden kann :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Steinen (ca. 10 km von Lörrach entfernt)
sehr zentral. Viele Geschäfte (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM, Edeka, Apotheke
usw.) sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist
nur 300 m entfernt und die S-Bahn fährt nach Lörrach vier Mal stündlich und nach Basel alle halbe Stunde.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er WG mit mir :D
Das Zimmer steht momentan leider nur befristet bis Ende September zur Verfügung, da ich dann mit meinem Studium fertig bin und momentan noch nicht weiß, ob ich für den Master umziehen muss. Falls nein, ist das Zimmer auch länger frei ;)
