Im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind Strom, Wasser und Heizung, außerdem Internet + Festnetz und TV. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank und zusätzlich einem Esstisch.
Die Wohnung sticht heraus mit ihrer idealen Lage. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die DH ist zu Fuß in 25min und per Fahrrad in 10-15min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel Lidl oder Aldi sind innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
