zur temporären Untervermietung stehen zwei Zimmer einer Drei-Raumwohnung ab Mitte November zur Verfügung.
Die monatliche Miete für beide Zimmer beträgt 600 Euro (Kaution 600 €) und deckt sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie WiFi ab.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig (15,4 m²) und lichtdurchflutet. Der Zugang zum großen Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick Richtung Basel.
Das Schlafzimmer gibt ebenfalls genügend Platz her (11,3 m²).
Die Zimmer sind noch teilmöbliert, einiges geht raus, manches kann nach Absprache stehen bleiben und übernommen werden.
S 6 , Tram 6, Gartenbahn Lörrach Dammstraße, Wiese, Zollfreistraße, alles direkt rundherum.
Discounter 3 min per Fahrrad.
Der Bahnhof Lörrach-Stetten ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt.
Mit dem Rad ist man entlang des Flusses kurzerhand im Naturpark „Lange Erlen“ und Kleinbasel.
In der WG lebt noch ein weiterer, unkomplizierter Mitbewohner, sodass es auf eine sympathische Zweier-WG hinausläuft.
