Das Zimmer ist ist sehr neuwertig, jedoch nicht Möbliert. Der Rest der Wohnung bzw. WG ist Möbliert. Es ist ein sehr helles Zimmer mit einer Größe von 12qm.
Die Wohnung liegt in Tumringen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, mit dem Bus braucht man 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Lidl und Penny sind jeweils 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Das WG-Leben ist ruhig. Da ich noch in der Ausbildung zum Lokführer im ICE bin, bin ich an manchen Tagen nur zum schlafen Zuhause. Die Wochenenden verbringe ich meist mit Freunden. Jedoch sind entspannte Abende auf dem Balkon auch nicht ausgeschlossen. Ich bin sehr aufgeschlossen, locker und immer für einen Spaß zu haben.
Küche, Bad, Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Balkon und sonstiges dürfen selbstverständlich mit benutzt werden.
Nebenkosten könnten deutlich geringer Ausfallen, da ich erst vor einem Jahr eingezogen bin und auf die Nebenkostenabrechnung warten muss.
