Im zweiten Raum befinden sich abgetrennt eine eigene Toilette und Dusche, sowie eine Kochecke mit Gasherd und Spüle sowie eine Essecke. Die eigentliche WG befindet sich im Haupthaus. Das Häuschen ist im Grünen gelegen jedoch zum Einkaufen und zur S-Bahn Richtung Lörrach / Basel sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Internet DSL 16.000. Für den Winter steht ein Holzofen bereit. Miete bei Belegung mit zwei Personen beträgt 350 Euro monatlich.
Das Häuschen ist aufgrund der Größe nicht als Hauptwohnsitz geeignet.
This is a separate building with private entry, bedroom (with bunk bed 2 x matress 1m wide) including a desk and shelves to store your things. In the second room you can enter the shower and toilet room. It has an own kitchenette and a space to take the meals. The other lodgers live in the main building. The Place is close to nature, yet only a five minutes walk to town and train station. Internet DSL 16.000. Heating is done with a wood stove. The price for two people is 350 Euro per month.
The cottage is not feasible for permanent residents as it is too small.
Das Haus ist naturnah am Rand des "Stadt"-Kerns gelegen. Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Post, Sparkasse, Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The house is close to nature and "downtown" with shops, banks, post-office and train station are all within a 5 minutes walk.
Ruhige Praktikanten / Studenten und WE-Heimfahrer WG. Nicht als Dauerwohnsitz geeignet.
Calm place to live for trainees / students or those who need a place to stay during the workweek. Not feasible for permanent residents.
Eine weitere Küche, sowie Badezimmer befinden sich im Haupthaus (3er WG) mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Hier ist auch der Fernseher installiert.

Another kitchen and bathroom are in the main building which is shared by three persons, there you find a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer. The TV-set is also installed there.
