für den Zeitraum von Juli 2019 bis Ende Oktober 2019 vermiete ich ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer Zweier WG der Kanderner Straße 14, also: super zentral, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Sport, Innenstadt, DHBW, Autobahn und meist wohnen viele Studenten im Haus.
Falls ihr nur für eine kürzere Zeit einziehen wollt, ist das auch möglich.
Das Wohnhaus ist in Lörrach zentral gelegen mit Aufzug, privates Kellerabteil zur Mitbenutzung, Fahrradkeller und Dachterasse zur allgemeinen Nutzung.
In dem Zimmer stehen ein Bett, Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl und zwei Kleiderschränke. Außerdem hat das Zimmer eine große Fensterfront :)
Küche und Bad sind ausgestattet.
Die Miete beträgt 330 Euro pauschal (inkl. W-LAN). Fotos sende ich euch gern auf Anfrage :)
