Das Zimmer und die WG sind komplett möbliert und würden erst saniert. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche sowie eine vollausgestatte Küche(Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Teller, Besteck, Gläser und sonstige Schüsseln). Auch Internet ist verfügbar und in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Abstellkammer sowie einen Fahrrad Keller.
Die Lage der Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock schräg gegenüber zum Hauptbahnhof in Lörrach. Zur Stadtmitte und zu den Supermärkten sind es kaum 2 min zu Fuß durch die Bahnunterführung (Rewe, Aldi und Penny in direkter Nähe). Auch zu beiden Dhbw Standorten sind es ca 10. Min zu Fuß. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind nur tagsüber Anwesend, da es sich um Büros handelt, wodurch sich kaum jemand gestört fühlt.
