Ich (weiblich, 32) wohne alleine in einem 3 Zimmer Apartment in North Hollywood (Stadteil von LA im "Valley"). Das Apartment is 2 Meilen von der Subway entfernt die direkt nach Hollywood & Downtown fährt. Außerdem sind wir mit dem Auto circa 5 Min von Universal & Warner Bros. Studios, 10 Min von Hollywood, 15 Min von Paramount Studios, 20 Min von Downtown und 40 bis 60 Min vom Strand entfernt. Außerdem ist das renommierte Tanzstudio Debbie Reynolds in Laufdistanz und das Tanzstudio Millenium nur 2.5 Meilen entfernt.
Ich suche hauptsächlich einen kurzfristigen Mieter da ich vielleicht im Januar/Februar in eine andere Wohnung ziehe, wäre aber auch willens längerfristig in Betracht zu ziehen (wenn man sich versteht natürlich).
Ich vermiete das möblierte Zimmer für 140Eur/$200 in der Woche plus Kaution.
Ich habe auch Basic Kable und DSL (W-LAN).
Da wir Bad/Küche und Wohnzimmer teilen bitte ich um Sauberkeit. Und erlaube Rauchen in der Wohnung NICHT, aber das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, das Apartment ist gleich neben unserem Pool wo man sie auch hinsetzen kann und das Wetter hier ist auch im Winter sehr mild.
