I am looking for another easy-going and responsible person male or female to rent the (optional: furnished or unfurnished) room.

My 1000 sqf apartment includes a dining/ living room with fireplace, a huge balcony with BBQ, a full kitchen, two bed / two bathrooms, and two gated parking spots. The bright corner unit faces the back alley and the two bedrooms, which are side by side, the balcony -therefore away from any street noise.

The apartment's shared areas are fully furnished (modern in style) and the fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge. Conveniently situated in a courtyard setting, the building offers an outside jacuzzi and patio sun deck, a recreation room with pool table and bar area, and two saunas.

Furthermore, there is a large and very well maintained coin operated laundry room as well as guest garage parking on the premise.

Located on Ocean Park Blvd. and 11th, the apartment is within walking distance of supermarkets, main street, the beach, and Santa Monica College.
