Die Zimmer ist schön hell und ruhig. Die Wohnung hat 3 WG-Zimmer, ein frisch renoviertes Bad und eine neue Küche. An die Küche schließt ein Balkon an, von dem man wunderschön die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Die Miete ist pauschal inkl. Heizung und Strom. Keine Staffelmiete.

Verlässt man das Haus, steht man direkt an der Bushaltestelle Danzigerstraße, von der aus alle 10 Minuten die Linien 421 & 433 in die Innenstadt fahren.

Überquert man die Hauptstraße, ist man direkt im Kaufland (2 Min zu Fuß) und nur eine Querstraße von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Lidl (5 Min zu Fuß).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 8 Minuten am Bahnhof, in ca. 5 Minuten an der Filmakademie & in ca. 12 Minuten an der PH.

Die Parksituation ist für Stadtverhältnisse recht gut - man kann überall kostenlos parken, muss zwar meistens kurz suchen, findet aber immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Gesucht werden ausschließlich umgängliche Mieter für ein harmonisches WG Leben. Gerne kann vorab Telefoniert, Videobesichtigt oder direkt die Wohnung besichtigt werden.
