I'm a 24-year-old student myself.
General:
The room for rent is located on the ground floor of a terraced house in Lübeck-Kücknitz, It is about 17 square meters.
On the ground floor is next to a small forecourt with wardrobe, the main hall also the kitchen we would use together. It is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, oven, 5 plates stove, double sink, dishwasher and dining table with chairs.
In the basement is your new bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
There is also a freezer and the washing machine of the house.
In the bathroom only these two devices are used by me, but not the bathroom itself, as my bathroom with me in the 1st. I live there :)
In the basement, I have a small room I'm trying to forgive.
If this happens, you would share the bathroom with the other person.
Of course you can also use the garden with a covered terrace.

Ich selbst bin 24 Jahre alter Student.
Allgemeines:
Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Reihenhauses in Lübeck-Kücknitz, Es ist ca. 17 qm groß.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich neben einem kleinen Vorflur mit Garderobe, der Hauptflur auch die Küche, die wir gemeinsam benutzen würden. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen, 5-Platten Herd, doppelter Spüle, Geschirrspülmaschine und Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Im Keller befindet sich dein neues Bad mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und Toilette.
Dort stehen auch eine Tiefkühltruhe und die Waschmaschine des Hauses.
Im Bad werden nur diese zwei Geräte von mir genutzt, aber nicht das Bad an sich, da mein Bad bei mir im 1. Stock liegt, denn dort lebe ich :)
Im Keller habe ich noch ein kleines Zimmer, welches ich versuche zu vergeben.
Sollte dies zustande kommen, dann würdest du dir das Bad mit der anderen Person teilen.
Natürlich kannst du auch den Garten mit überdachter Terrasse nutzen.

Lübeck Kücknitz Train Station is about 1km away and the bus stop Ostpreußenring is about 200 metres away.
Since it is a town house, you can hear the neighbors again and again and this one, of course. You have to consider that.
Der Netto in der Nähe ist 500 Meter und ein Lidl wäre 800 Meter entfernt.
Der Bahnhof Lübeck Kücknitz ist ca. 1km und die Bushaltestelle Ostpreußenring ca 200 Meter entfernt.
Da es sich um ein Reihenhaus handelt, hört man die Nachbarn immer mal wieder und diese einen natürlich auch. Darauf muss man Rücksicht nehmen.
