Wir laufen 6 min zur Bahnhof, etwas länger zum Einkaufen, in 10 min ist man zu Fuß auf der Altstadtinsel, in 20 mit dem Rad in der Uni. Bus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür.

We are located 6-minutes from the train station by foot, a bit longer to the grocery store, a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, and a 20-minute bike ride to the university. The bus stop is right outside the door.

Wir kochen und essen meistens gemeinsam, wer kocht, kocht oft für alle.
Ausgaben für Essen und alles was noch so anfällt teilen wir gleichmäßig.
Wir haben haben wir oft und gerne Besuch, verstehen diesen Ort gerne als Gemeinschaftsraum und wünschen uns, dass sich unsere Freund*innen wie zu Hause fühlen können, das heißt auch individuell ein- und auszugehen. Trotzdem sind wir keine Party-WG, wir schaffen uns trotz Schichtdienst, Uni und Co. gut zu koordinieren.

Mit der WG über uns verstehen wir uns auch als Gemeinschaft und unternehmen ab und zu in großer Gruppe etwas, dürfen auch dort die Räumlichkeiten mitnutzen, zum Beispiel ein kleines Atelier. Alle haben alle Schlüssel und gehen recht selbstverständlich überall ein und aus.

Wir schaffen es trotzdem immer auch ruhige Orte zu finden, mal Privatzeit zu nehmen, sind manchmal unterwegs und die WG ist etwas leerer oder sind eben auf der Arbeit oder Uni. Ganz normale WG :D

Beziehungen und Baustellen
Wir wollen offen mit euch sein. Wir kennen uns mittlerweile super gut, zwischen einigen Mitbewohnenden im Haus sind romantische Beziehungen entstanden und klar gibt es auch dann und wann mal einen kleinen Streit. Denn mittlerweile sind wir nicht nur MItbewohnende sondern Freund*innen und freuen uns erst Recht über Zuwachs!


Wen wollen wir ansprechen?

Wir suchen eine Person, die Lust hat, sich auf diese Art Gemeinschaft einzulassen und auch Lust hat, Teil von ihr zu werden. Unser Wunsch ist es, auf einander bezogen zu leben und solidarisch miteinander zu sein, sowohl praktisch, als auch emotional, damit gemeinsames Leben miteinander Spaß macht!

Kosten:
Die Kosten sind an die neuste Nebenkostenabrechnung angepasst. Solltest du nur weniger Zahlen können, oder z.B. die Kaution nicht aufbringen können, melde dich gern trotzdem, vielleicht finden wir eine Lösung.

ENGLISH

We usually cook and eat together; whoever cooks, cooks for everyone most of the time.
We split expenses for food and anything else evenly.

Generally, we enjoy having visitors and see this place as a communal space, hoping our friends can feel at home here, which means coming and going individually as they please.
Nevertheless, we´re not a "party-community", we manage to arrange private spaces, even working in shifts or full schedules are doable in this concept.

With the people of the apartment above us we perceive ourselves, more or less, as a large group. Everyone has all the keys and goes in and out quite naturally. We use communal areas together, occasionally eat together, do things together, and are more or less within the same broadly defined circle of friends. Some days, we might just borrow each other's toilet paper :)

Talking about all those people and happenings: We´re still a normal WG, people are working, having full schedules, learning, Uni ... Don´t worry we´ll find a place for all the needs!

Relationships and Challenges

To be honest: we know each other quite well, some formed romantic relationships, sometimes there fights. but that just means we´re more than roomates, we´re friends and looking forward to welcome new people (:


Who are we looking for?

We are looing for a person who is excited about engaging in this kind of community and becoming a part of it. We imagine to live interdependently and be supportive of each other, both practically and emotionally.

Costs:
Costs are calculated according to our last invoice. However, if you´re interested but you feel like it´s too expensive for you or if the deposit is too high for you, please still contact us, we´ll find a way!!!

Some of us are currently forming an association to buy evtl the house and join the rental syndicate in the long term.
Therefore, some questions concerning rent, house, assistance etc are still open. We'll be happy to meet you.
To participate in the association is not compulsory for the first time, but in the future it is also fun.

Einige von uns bilden gerade einen Verein, um evtl das Haus zu kaufen und langfristig dem Mietshaussyndikat beizutreten.
Daher sind einige Fragen, die Miete, das Haus, Mithilfe usw betreffend noch offen. Können wir gerne beim kennenlernen besprechen.
Im Verein mitzuwirken ist erstmal nicht Pflicht, macht aber in Zukunft bestimmt auch Spaß.
