zum 1.4.13 (ggf. früher) wird mein WG-Zimmer frei: 14 m², ~ 214 € inkl. Strom u. Wasser, exkl. Internet/Telefon. Zum Hauptcampus, Hochschulsport und Penny sind es max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Zum 5011 und 5012 Bus ebenso 5 Minuten, in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof mit dem Rad ~ 20 Minuten.
Die Whg. verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine kleine Küche mit Herd und Schränken sowie einen schönen Balkon. Dieser geht vom Zimmer Deines zukünftigen Mitbewohners ab kann aber nach Absprache mit diesem gerne von Dir mitbenutzt werden. Zur Whg. gehört außerdem ein Flurschrank sowie Keller, Dachboden und Wäscheboden.
max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Campus
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist Kuwi-Student, 24, offen und umgänglich. Was ihm bald fehlt sind Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Daher wäre es gut, wenn Du diese Sachen evtl. mitbringen würdest (kein Muss!).
Ideal wäre, wenn Du das Zimmer zum 1.4.13 übernehmen könntest.
Besichtigungstermine sind ab sofort möglich. Zur Terminabsprache bitte per Mail melden mit ein paar Zeilen zu Dir.
