LandWG (54m, 52w, berufstätig) sucht 3. Mitbewohner/in für 2 zusammenhängende Zimmer (ca. 25 qm und 12 qm) mit Dielenboden auf einem Resthof (ca. 20 km südwestl. von Lüneburg, in einem winzig kleinen Dorf) mit Blick über Wald, Wiesen und Felder, großem Garten und Obstwiese für ca. 400,- € warm ab sofort oder später. Tierhaltung ist möglich.
Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein, denn der öffentliche Nahverkehr funktioniert hier nur sehr eingeschränkt. Der nächste Laden ist ca. 7 km entfernt.
Wir sind beide berufstätig mit unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten. Die große Küche ist Treffpunkt für uns.
Die Lage ist wunderschön, für die einen das Ende der Welt, für die anderen ein Ort, an dem man zur Ruhe kommen und in der Natur sein kann. Wer sich gärtnerisch entfalten will, findet hier genügend Platz. Rasenmähen, u.ä. steht für alle auf dem Programm.
