Suche dringend einen/eine Nachmieter/in für eine WG!!! Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das große Zimmer ist dabei für dich reserviert!!!
Das Zimmer ist hell und besitzt eine südliche Ausrichtung mit Blick auf den Garten. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Küche und das Bad sind in einem guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 min von der Uni entfernt - dementsprechend eignet sich diese ideal für Spätaufsteher!!! Mit dem Rad kann die Strecke auch in 3 min bewältigt werden ;)
Edeka ist in direkter Nähe. Darüber hinaus ist der Wald gleich um die Ecke.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnlage ruhig, da es vorwiegend nur Anlieger-Verkehr gibt.
Die Bus-Linie 2012 fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab.
Dein potentieller Mitbewohner (Hannes) ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert an der Leuphana Uni im Master.
