Yours will be the right-hand one of 3 rooms. It is the largest of all and has access to the balcony. When you move in, it will be fully furnished for the time being, with a bed, wardrobe, desk and everything else your heart desires. However, I will officially move out on 18.03, so would need access to the room on 17.03 and 18.03. After moving out, I would leave you a mattress, bedding, a desk and a chair.

Bei Einzug wird es fürs erste vollmöbliert sein, mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und allem anderen was das Herz begehrt. Allerdings werde ich am 18.03 offiziell ausziehen, bräuchte also am 17.03 und 18.03 Zugang zum Zimmer. Nach Auszug würde ich dir eine Matratze, Bettzeug, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl da lassen.
The location of the WG is an absolute dream! 2 supermarkets (Penny and Edeka), the gym "Studio 21", the university library, the cafeteria and several bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. The main campus is just around the corner, it´s only 7 minutes of walking to the Kurpark and with the buses 5012, 5011 you can easily get to the city center and the train station.
Die Lage der WG ist ein einziger Traum! 2 Supermärkte (Penny und Edeka), das Fitnessstudio "Studio 21", die Universitätsbibliothek, die Mensa und mehrere Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Hauptcampus ist direkt um die Ecke, zum Kurpark sind´s nur 7 Minuten und mit der 5012, 5011 kommt man jederzeit zum Sande und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Julian, Melonie and I are currently living in the shared flat. I live in your future room and Melonie will be in her home country for the month of March. This means that you will only get to know Julian. He is very friendly and studies cultural studies in the 3rd semester.

The room is ideal for international students who have not yet found a room in Lüneburg and are looking for secure accommodation for the first month. Finding a flat from here is much easier than from abroad. I would also offer my active support and help you as much as possible. The actual rent for the room is 405€ per month, but I would be willing to go down to 350€ for March because of the special circumstances. As mentioned before, I will be officially moving out on 18.03 and would need access to the room on 17.03 and 18.03. It would also only be possible for one month. It would also be possible to live here for only one month, but when moving out we could possibly find a flexible solution that would allow you to stay here until 01.04 or 02.04.
Das Zimmer ist ideal für internationale Studierende die bisher noch kein Zimmer in Lüneburg gefunden haben und eine sichere Unterkunft für den 1. Monat suchen. Von hier aus eine Wohnung zu finden ist viel leichter als aus dem Ausland. Ich würde auch meine tatkräftige Unterstützung anbieten und dir so gut es geht dabei behilflich sein. Die eigentliche Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 405€ pro Monat, ich wäre wegen der besonderen Umstände jedoch bereit auf 350€ für den März runter zu gehen. Wie bereits erwähnt, werde ich zum 18.03 offiziell ausziehen und bräuchte am 17.03 und 18.03 Zugang zum Zimmer. Es wäre auch nur möglich für einen Monat hier zu wohnen, beim Auszug könnten wir aber auch eventuell eine flexible Lösung finden, die es dir ermöglichen würde bis zum 01.04 oder 02.04 hier zu bleiben.
