Hallöchen liebe Menschen,
da ich für eine Semester ins schöne Wien gehe, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer in Lüneburg gerne untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und sehr schön hell durch zwei große Fenster, welche nach Süden ausgerichtet sind. Außdem ist alles da, was Du brauchst: Ein gemütliches Bett (90 cm) mit ausziehbarer Gästematratze, Regale, eine Kleiderstange, Teppich, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und eine Fotoleine, die du gerne füllen kannst. Es wäre super, wenn du meine geliebten Pflanzen ab und zu gießen könntest, sie sind zum Glück sehr pflegeleicht und haben auch mich bisher gut überlebt :)
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche mit Waschmaschine, ein Tageslichtbad, zwei Kämmerchen und einen großen Kellerraum.
Es gibt keinen Balkon, aber man kann vor der Tür im überdachten Laubengang sitzen. Im Sommer gibt es dort für einen kurzen Augenblick auch Abendsonne (perfekt für's Abendessen oder ein Bier/ Gläschen Wein). Außerdem gibt es einen großen Garten, der zum Grillen und Zusammensitzen im Sommer genutzt werden kann und einen Fahrradkeller, welcher gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Es gibt zwar kein Wohnzimmer, aber dafür kann man auch gut mit ein paar Leuten in der Küche sitzen (für gemeinsame Koch- und Spieleabende perfekt).

since I am going to Vienna for a semester, I would like to sublet my shared room in Lüneburg. The room is 14 m² and very bright through two large windows, which are oriented to the south. Furthermore, everything you need is there: a comfortable bed (90 cm) with a pull-out guest matress, shelves, a clothes rail, carpet, desk and a chair and a photo line that you are welcome to fill. It would be great if you could water my beloved plants from time to time, they are fortunately very low maintenance and have also survived me well so far :)
The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen with a washing machine, a daylight bathroom, two chambers and a large basement room.
There is no balcony, but you can sit in front of the door in the covered arcade. In summer there is also evening sun for a short moment (perfect for dinner or a beer/glass of wine). There is also a large garden, which can be used for barbecuing and sitting together in the summer, and a bicycle cellar, which is shared. There is no living room, but you can sit with a few people in the kitchen (perfect for cooking and gaming nights).
Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Bockelsberg in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Uni ist quasi vor der Haustür und Mensa und Bib sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen (beides superpraktisch, wenn die Motivation zum Lernen oder Kochen Zuhause gerade nicht ausreicht). Eine Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür. Von dort fährt eine Linie in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 12 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen ist der Kurpark (direkt um die Ecke) und das Naturschutzgebiet Ilmenauniederung mit der Teufelsbrücke (auch nicht weit entfernt, dort kann man im Sommer auch gut baden gehen) gut geeignet. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Penny und Edeka fußläufig zu erreichen.

The shared flat is located in the Bockelsberg district in a quiet side street. The university is virtually on the doorstep and the refectory and library can be reached in 2 minutes (both super convenient when the motivation to study or cook at home is just not enough). A bus stop is almost at the front door. From there, there is a line to the city center and the train station. By bike it takes about 10 minutes to the city center and 12 minutes to the train station. For walks or jogging is the spa park (just around the corner) and the nature reserve Ilmenauniederung with the Devil's Bridge (also not far away, there you can also go swimming in summer) well suited. For shopping is a Penny and Edeka within walking distance.
Du würdest mit Kati (25) zusammenwohnen, die Nachhaltigkeitswissenschaft im Master studiert. Sie ist ein total lieber und herzlicher Mensch und wir verbringen, wenn es der Unialltag zulässt, gerne mal Zeit zusammen: gemeinsames Essen, Spaziergänge, Ausflüge nach Hamburg oder in die Lüneburger Heide oder einfach gemütlich mit einer Tasse Tee in der Küche quatschen.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir unseren Freiraum und auch mal unsere Ruhe haben, aber uns auch beide ins WG-Leben einbringen und uns aufeinander verlassen können. Wenn Du also Lust auf ein unkompliziertes, aber auch harmonisches Zusammenleben hast, dann ist diese WG genau das richtige für Dich :)

You would live with Kati (25), who is studying sustainability science in her master's degree. She is a really nice and warm person and we like to spend time together, if the daily university routine allows it: eating together, going for walks, trips to Hamburg or the Lüneburg Heath or just chatting comfortably with a cup of tea in the kitchen.
It is important to us that we have our space and also our peace and quiet, but also that we both contribute to the life of the flat-sharing community and can rely on each other. So if you want to live together in an uncomplicated but also harmonious way, then this flat share is just right for you :)
Wahrscheinlich bin ich mit dem Enddatum noch flexibel, falls dir ein früheres Datum besser passt, dann sag Bescheid.
