Hallo Leute!
Nach 4 Jahren in diesem gemütlichen haus ziehe ich aus und suche einen Nachmieter.
Unsere WG hat 3 Zimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Wohnküche. Meine Mitbewohner, Björn und Jan, sind super Typen. Und wir gehen auch gerne mal gemeinsam feiern.
Vor der Haustür sind direkt die 5012 zur Uni übern ZOB und die 5010 Richtung Hafen bzw. ZOB. Außerdem ist gegenüber eine Bäckerei und neben an ne Aral.
Die 230€ sind übrigens Warmmiete.
Schaut euch die Bilder an und wenns euch gefällt, dann kommt doch vorbei und lernt meine Mitbewohner kennen.
