Wir vermieten zum 1.7. ein 23 Quadratmeter großes, wunderschönes Altbauzimmer (hohe Decken, Dielen) mitten in der Lüneburger Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er-WG mit großer Küche, Abstellkammer, 2 Balkonen und Wannenbad. Insgesamt beläuft sich die Miete auf 282 Euro, darin enthalten sind alle Kosten, inklusive Internet, GEZ etc.
Momentan wohnen wir zu dritt hier: ein Doktorand und zwei Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, Putzplan besteht und gemeinsame Abende auf dem Balkon verbringen wir auch gerne.
