Sonniges WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete mit unschlagbarem Ausblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Sande, einem der bekanntesten Plätze in der Altstadt von Lüneburg. Hier findest du alles, was das Herz begehrt - von Restaurants und Cafés bis hin zu Supermärkten und Geschäften.
Von deiner WG aus bist du in nur 10 Gehminuten am Bahnhof und in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad an der Universität. Wenn du nicht gerne mit dem Fahrrad fährst oder zu Fuß gehst, gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Und falls du mal etwas vergessen hast oder schnell noch etwas einkaufen möchtest, findest du direkt am Sande zwei Edeka Märkte, Budni und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Im Hausflur hast du außerdem die Möglichkeit, dein Fahrrad abzustellen und wenn du Glück hast, triffst du auch den freundlichen Besitzer des Ladengeschäfts im Erdgeschoss für einen kurzen Schnack.
Du merkst also: Zentraler geht's nicht!

The apartment is located directly at Sande, one of the most famous places in the historic city center of Lüneburg. Here you can find everything your heart desires, from restaurants and cafes to supermarkets and shops.
From your flat, you can reach the train station in just 10 minutes on foot and the university in 10-15 minutes by bike. If you don't like cycling or walking, there is also a bus stop right in front of the door. And if you ever forget something or need to do some quick shopping, you can find two Edeka markets, Budni and other shopping opportunities directly at Sande.
In the hallway of the building, you also have the opportunity to store your bike and if you're lucky, you might even run into the friendly owner of the store on the ground floor for a short chat.
So you see, it doesn't get any more central than this!

Du hast Glück, denn du würdest mit Shahana und Kathi zusammenwohnen.
Shahana ist seit etwa 2,5 Jahren Teil der WG und stammt aus Aserbaidschan. Sie ist eine sehr liebe Person und ein fleißige PhD-Studentin an der Leuphana, die dabei ist, Deutsch zu lernen. In der WG sprechen wir meistens Englisch, aber niemand erwartet, dass du fließend Englisch sprichst. Zur Not können wir uns auch mit Händen und Füßen verständigen, aber Englisch ist eine Voraussetzung.
Kathi ist eine sehr aufgeweckte Person und studiert Lehramt an der Leuphana. Mit beiden habe ich bisher ein sehr harmonisches und entspanntes Zusammenleben gehabt, was auch für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete schön wäre. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass sich jeder in der WG wohlfühlt und dass es sauber ist, daher haben wir auch einen Putzplan. Obwohl wir alle sehr beschäftigt sind, finden wir einen guten Mix zwischen "jeder macht sein Ding" und gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wie Eisessen, Spazierengehen oder gemeinsamem Kochen. Wir verquatschen uns auch gerne mal für eine halbe Ewigkeit in der Küche und haben dabei die schönsten Gespräche.

You're in luck, because you would be living with Shahana and Kathi.
Shahana is an incredibly kind person who has been living in the WG for about 2.5 years and is originally from Azerbaijan. She is currently a PhD student at Leuphana and is diligently learning German, although we mostly speak English in the WG. Don't worry, no one expects you to speak fluent English. If necessary, we can communicate with gestures and body language. However, English is a requirement for the WG.
Kathi is a very lively person and is studying to become a teacher at Leuphana. I've always had a very harmonious and relaxed coexistence with both of them, which would also be nice for the time of subletting. It's important to us that we all feel comfortable and that the space is clean, which is why we have a cleaning schedule. So far, we have all been very busy with our daily lives, but we have found a good mix between "everyone does their own thing" and when it fits, we go out for ice cream, take walks, or cook together. We also love to chat for what seems like forever in the kitchen, but those are always the best conversations!

Die monatliche Gesamtmiete von 440€ beinhaltet bereits alle Kosten, die für dich anfallen werden (Strom, Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ). Um deine Zwischenmiete abzusichern, benötige ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 915€. Diese wird auf unser WG-Konto eingezahlt und nach deinem Auszug selbstverständlich vollständig zurückerstattet.

Außerdem ist es uns wichtig, dass du eine Haftpflichtversicherung nachweisen kannst. Wir möchten, dass du dich während deiner Mietdauer rundum wohl und sicher fühlst.

The monthly rent of 440€ already includes all costs that will be incurred by you. To secure your interim rent, I require a deposit of 915€. This amount will be deposited into our shared account and will be fully refunded to you upon your departure.

In addition, it is important to us that you can provide proof of liability insurance. We want you to feel completely comfortable and safe during your stay.
