Deinen Wohnbereich bildet die komplette obere Etage einer Maisonette-Wohnung direkt unterm Dach. Durch das getrennte Treppenhaus mit abschließbarer Tür hast du deine Räumlichkeiten ganz für dich allein. Ich lebe in der unteren Etage mit zwei lieben Katern.
Du hast ein eigenes, geräumiges Bad mit Fenster sowie eine kleine Pantry-Küche mit zwei Kochplatten, Mini-Backofen und Spüle. Wir teilen uns lediglich den Kühlschrank, der sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum zwischen den beiden Wohnabteilen befindet. Weiterhin ist das Apartment ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett, Regal und Schreibtisch samt Stuhl. Bei Bedarf bekommst du natürlich auch Geschirr und Kochzubehör. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
In meiner Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die du natürlich auch nutzen kannst.
Im Keller befindet sich noch reichlich Stauraum und direkt vorm Haus gibt es Fahrradstellplätze. Parkplätze für PKWs sind aber leider sehr rar.
Das Haus hat einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit überdachter Sitzgelegenheit und Grill. Von hier blickt man direkt zum Scunthorpe-Platz hinüber.
In der Miete von 400 € sind sämtliche Kosten (Betriebskosten, Wasser, Strom, Gas, WLAN) enthalten.
Achtung: Da es sich hier um einen Altbau ohne Aufzug handelt, solltest du fit zu Fuß ein.

I'm renting out the upper floor of my maisonette apartment until the end of October 2023. The apartment, along with its own access staircase, is separated from my living area by its private entrance door. It is located under the roof and comes with a bathroom and a small pantry kitchen. The kitchen includes a sink, mini oven, 2-plate stove, and a kettle, with dishes provided. The only shared appliance is the refrigerator with a freezer compartment, located in the utility room between the apartments.
Additionally, the space offers a large bed, shelves, a desk, and storage space under the sloping roof. Tenants can also use the shared garden for recreation. The rent is a fixed monthly flatrate covering heating, water, electricity, WiFi and all operating costs.
Important to note: The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of an old building without elevator, so a certain level of physical fitness is necessary. :) The space is available for use during the time my roommate is abroad for work. Extending the rental period beyond September would require the agreement of all parties involved.

Das Wohnhaus befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt direkt zwischen Liebesgrund und Scunthorpe-Park. Gleich in der Nähe ist der Kreidebergsee, der zum Spazieren und Erholen einlädt.
Auf der Hindenburgstraße befinden sich fußläufig viele Restaurants sowie ein Penny. Zum Zentrum der Altstadt (Am Sande) benötigt ihr ca 10 Gehminuten, der Hauptbahnhof ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Zur Leuphana kommt man am besten mit dem Fahrrad, hierfür benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten.
Es handelt sich hier eher um eine freundliche Zweck-WG, da ich beruflich oft spät abends unterwegs und daher selten zu den üblichen Zeiten zuhause bin. Durch die unterteilten Wohnbereiche hast du deinen Lebensraum ganz für dich allein.
Das Apartment ist für den Zeitraum frei, in dem sich der eigentliche Bewohner beruflich im Ausland aufhält. Ich selbst bin 36, weiblich und in Bardowick beschäftigt.
