Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und hat sonst einen kleinen Küchenbereich sowie ein Bad. Da sich die Wohnung in der obersten Etage befindet gibt es Dachschrägen in den Zimmern sowie im Bad. Für eine Onlinebesichtigung meld dich gerne bei mir.
Busstationen sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell (5-10min) in der Innenstadt. Ansonsten ist der Kurpark sowie das Salü fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt eine ziemlich ruhige und entspannte Gegend mit einigen weiteren WGs im Haus bzw. Umkreis.
Da ich ausziehe würdest du mit Jasmin in der WG wohnen. Jasmin zieht auch erst zum 01.08. neu in die Wohnung ein und macht eine Ausbildung in dem nahe gelegenen Krankenhaus. Eine reine Zweck-WG soll es nicht werden, gewünscht ist eine ruhige/r Mitbewohnerin mit einem gesunden Mix aus gemeinsamen WG leben und Zeit für sich.
