Da ich das Wintersemester im Ausland verbringen werde, vermiete ich mein WG- Zimmer vom 01.09.23 bis zum 31.01.24 unter. Die komplette Miete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 325€ + eine Kaution von 400€, die du bei pfleglicher/normaler Behandlung der Möbel, etc. selbstverständlich nach deinem Auszug wiederbekommst. Das WG-Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stock eines Studentenwohnheims in der Lüneburger Altstadt. Es ist ca. 14m2 groß und blickt auf einen Innenhof. Es ist ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Teppich, ein Sessel sowie eine Kleiderstange vorhanden. Es gibt zwei voll ausgestattete Bäder und eine Küche, die du dir mit deinen vier Mitbewohnern teilst.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Lüneburger Altstadt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5min in der Innenstadt und in 15min am Bahnhof. Zur Universität braucht man zu Fuß ca. 25min, mit dem Bus nur etwa 7min. Zur Bushaltestelle, von der man zur Uni fahren kann läuft man ca. 5-7min, die nähste Haltestelle in Richtung Bahnhof ist nur etwa 3min zu Fuß entfernt.
Außer dir leben noch vier weitere Studenten in der WG, zwei Jungen und zwei Mädchen. Unsere WG ist sehr ruhig, da wir oft außer Haus sind. Da es ein Stundentenwohnheim ist, ist natürlich trotzdem ab und zu was los. :)

Since I will spend the winter semester abroad, I sublet my room in a shared flat from 01.09.23 to 31.01.24. The complete rent including utilities is 325€ + a deposit of 400€, which you will of course get back after you move out if you treat the furniture, etc. with care. The room is located on the second floor of a student dormitory in the old town of Lüneburg. It is about 14m2 in size and overlooks a courtyard. There is a bed with mattress, a closet, shelf, desk with chair, a carpet, an armchair as well as a clothes rail. There are two fully equipped bathrooms and a kitchen that you will share with your four flatmates.
Location
The flat is very centrally located in the old town of Lüneburg. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes and to the train station in 15 minutes. To the university it takes about 25min by foot, by bus only about 7min. To the bus stop, from where you can go to the university, you walk about 5-7min, the closest bus stop to the train station is only about 3min away on foot.
Flatshare Type
Besides you, there are four other students living in the WG, two boys and two girls. Our flat share is very quiet because we are often out of the house. Since it is a student dormitory, there is of course still something going on from time to time. :)
