Located on the ground floor, this charming 10 m² room offers coziness and comfort. It is fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a small closet and a spacious large closet. One of the five bedrooms, four on the ground floor and one on the first floor, enjoys plenty of sunlight and a refreshing view of the garden through the window. Enjoy the tranquility and charm of this sun-kissed retreat.
Location:
The house is located in the district of Oedeme in the south of Lüneburg. Since the house is in the 2nd row, it is surrounded by neighboring gardens and is therefore unbeatably quiet and green.
DM, Aldi and Edeka are 8 minutes by bike/15 minutes on foot.
The Leuphana and Penny are 4 minutes by bike/10 minutes on foot away.
It's about 15 minutes by bike to the city center and about 18 minutes to the train station, depending on how fast you drive ;)
A small forest and the Ilmenau are not far either.
Life in the WG:
You will share the kitchen and the two bathrooms with one other person. Will live here with you:
-Saniya, that is me, 23, is in my second semester studying Sustainability Science for my master's degree.And im going back to my country on a two months vacation:)
- Felix, 25, is in the second semester of his bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Lina, 12, mainly studies the birds and mice in the garden because she is Felix's cat. You can sometimes see her in the garden, but because she is quite shy, she prefers to spend her time in Felix's room.
Our beautiful terrace and garden are great for garden parties and barbecues :)
We are looking for a nice, sociable, tidy person who wants to share life. You should be calm and open-minded and want to live with other people in a community :)
Other things:
Farina lives on the first floor with her daughter Sophie. We share the front door, the garden and the cellar with them.
