The house is located 15 minutes walk from the train station near the old Lüne Abbey Kloster. It is a peaceful neighborhood, next to a forest, a short walk to several grocery stores.

The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner of the house lives on the first floor. I lovely women, worldly and caring, who speaks German, English, and French. She often brings fresh vegetables, fruits, and breads collected as access from restaurants and stores from around the area to share and cook collective meals with. The second floor has four rooms occupied by an eclectic group of international students and young professionals. There is a large shared bathroom on the second floor. There is a living room and shared kitchen on the first floor. The house has a large backyard with grassy lawn, flowers, and large trees. In the basement there is a washing machine.
