in zentraler als zentraler Lage wird mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (nähe Karstadt) in einer lüneburger Backsteinhauswohnung frei. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man so braucht offene Wohnküche, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Internet- und Telefonflatrate und Fahrradkeller.
Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind super nett, aufgeschlossen und witzig, einfach unkompliziert.
Die Lage ist ist wie erwähnt: im Zentrum. Der Markt ist vom Fenster aus zu sehen; gleich um die Ecke, Stint in 2 min erreicht und auch sonst ist man immer mitten im Stadttreiben.
Die Uni mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad in 15 min erreicht.
In dem Mietpreis ist alles drin (Wasser, Strom, Heizung).
