Die WG besteht aus einem geräumigen Einfamilienhaus mit Garten und Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das c.a. 28 qm WG-Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Schwarzer Weg. Die Küche und das Bad sind frisch renoviert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Bus fährt man c.a. 20 Min. bis zur Uni. Bis zum Sande sind es c.a. 15 Min. Aldi und Edeka sind in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur WG gehören noch 3 weitere Mitbewohner, die auch alle neu einziehen.
