In unserer 3er-WG wird zum 1.2.2010 ein schönes, helles Zimmer (17m²) mit Blick ins Grüne frei.
Unsere Altbau-Wohnung im 1. OG ist sehr großzügig geschnitten (120m²), hat eine große Küche sowie ein neues Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine extra Toilette. Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der 12m² große Balkon.
In die Stadt läuft man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Uni braucht man 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
In den Nebenkosten sind Heizung, Strom, Telefon- und Internetflatrate, Kabel und Hausratversicherung inbegriffen. Ein Teil der Möbel , u.a. ein Hochbett, kann übernommen werden.
Voraussichtlich werden im Frühjahr und im Sommer auch meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen ausziehen, das heißt es kann mittelfristig eine neue WG gegründet werden.
