ich biete mein Zimmer in 4er WG zur Zwischenmiete für ca.1Jahr an.Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (Bahnhof,Citynähe,gute Unianbindung)und hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Feuerstelle für gemütliche Sommerabende.Meine Mitbewohner sind ein lusiger und geselliger Haufen mit viel Begeisterung an gemeinsamen Koch- und Spieleabenden sowie dem einen oder anderen Rotweinbesäufnis.
Ich biete das Zimmer möbliert an,kann aber auf Wusch auch die Möbel ausräumen.Für das Verstauen von Kisten und anderem Klimbim ist auf dem Dachboden genügend Platz vorhanden.
Außerdem musst du wissen,dass Rauchen in der gesamten Wohnung erlaubt ist.
Also komm vorbei und schau es dir an...ich kanns nur wärmstens empfehlen!
