ich suche zu Anfang Februar einen Nachmieter/in für mein schönes, helles, ca.15qm großes Zimmer nähe des Bahnhofs in Lüneburg. Meine/deine WG besteht aus einem Haus mit 5 Zimmern, derzeit wohnen wir zu 4 hier und haben noch ein Wohnzimmer und Küche, sowie einen Garten und Keller. Ansonsten gibt es fast alles, was das Herz begehrt, neben tollen Mitbewohnern, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, WLAN, Flatrate, selbst gebauter Whirlpool im Garten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten... Es sind 10 Min mit dem Rad in die Stadt, 5 Min zum Bahnhof, 20 zur Uni. Bei Interesse freue ich mich sehr über Mails. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel.
