ich ziehe kurzfristig nach Hamburg und möchte gerne einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes Zimmer in einer riesengroßen WG finden!
Das Zimmer ist ca 25gm groß.
Die gesamte WG ist ca. 200qm groß.
Es gibt eine riesige Wohnküche, ca 35qm,
ein sehr großes Bad mit Dusche, ca, 20qm, und ein kleines Gäste-WC.
Der Flur ist ebenfalls riesig, ca. 50qm.
Die Decken sind bis zu 4m hoch.
Es gibt kostenlosen superschnellen W-LAN Zugang und das Zimmer verfügt sogar über einen kleinen "Balkon".
Mit der Buslinie 5011 oder 5012 ist man in zehn Minuten im Stadtkern am Sande und in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof.
Der Unibus direkt zum Bahnhof über Rotes Feld hält in 500m Entfernung.
