Ich biete hier ein helles WG - Zimmer in sehr günstiger Lage an. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 5min, in die Stadt 8. Ich selbst bin 29 Jahre alt und arbeite in Lüneburg, bin also nur von Montag bis Freitag und auch nur Abends da. Ein Zimmer hat 18m², das andere 25m². Es handelt sich um einen Altbau, welcher aufwändig saniert wurde. Es gibt eine große Küche. Kellerräume sind vorhanden. Ich selbst rauche nicht, bin da aber entspannt. Ihr könnt im eigenen Zimmer also ruhig Eure Gesundheit ruinieren. ;-)

Der Mietpreis von 285,- € betrifft das kleinere Zimmer, das größere ist entsprechend teurer.
