Ich, 20-jaehriger BWL-Student (Ersti), biete ein gemuetliches 13m² großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer verfuegt ueber neuwertigen Laminatboden und ist genauso gepflegt, wie der Rest der Wohnung, welche nur 2 Gehminuten vom Campus entfernt ist. Das Zimmer kostet Alles in Allem 270€.
Ich selber verbringe meine Freizeit oft mit meinen Freunden und gehe auch gerne mal feiern. Mein zukünftiger Mitbewohner sollte also nicht allzu lärmempfindlich sein und auch mal für eine spontane Küchenparty zu haben sein.
