Hallo! Ich ziehe auf Grund meines Studiums aus meiner WG aus und such daher ab sofort oder später einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und hat 2 große Fenster.
Zur WG gehört eine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine und die Zimmer meiner beiden Mitbewohner Maya und Sonja.
Die anderen Bewohner im Haus sind ebenfalls Studenten, was ganz angenehm ist.
Wenn es noch Fragen gibt, einfach eine Mail schreiben oder anklingeln!
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Direkt vor dem Haus ist das Parken nur mit Anwohnerausweis erlaubt.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es dennoch sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Aldi, Rossmann oder ein Bäcker befinden sich in der Nähe. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.
