Das Zimmer ist ein Doppelzimmer (9m² und 6m² + 2m² Flur mit Schrank), das durch das vordere Zimmer betreten wird, und lässt sich gut in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer aufteilen. Das hintere Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße wird tagsüber ausgiebig von der Sonne beleuchtet. Das vordere Zimmer wurde bisher erfolgreich als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Der Flur ist die optimale Verstaumöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral wie es nur geht. Zu den Bussen am Sande (zur UNI) sind es ca. 18 Sekunden. Einkaufen kann man teuer bei Tschorn oder bei Aldi/Penny (ca. 500 m). Alles andere wie Restaurants, Shopping, Snacks, Feierei ist direkt um die Ecke (Innenstadt halt). Trotzdem ist es eher ruhig, da die Glockenstraße eine Oase der Ruhe im Getümmel des Stadtkerns Lüneburg darstellt.
Ich (24, 5.Semester Lehramt, Fußballer) suche Mitbewohner/in, egal ob studierend, arbeitend oder Sozialhilfe empfangend.
