Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht suchen wir zum 1. August jemand neues für ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit Morgensonne. Es hat 16qm und Laminatfußboden. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock und es gibt einen schönen geteilten Garten.
Wir wohnen auf der Bahnhofsseite vom Lüner Weg. Du kommst zu Fuß in fünf minuten zum Bahnhof und mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt und zu Aldi, Penny oder Denn's. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad ca. 15 minuten.
Felix ist 27 und arbeitet an der Uni. Merle ist 20 und arbeitet beim Paritätischen Dienst. Abends sitzen wir gerne mal zusammen und quatschen, im großen und ganzen hat aber jeder seinen eigenen Alltag.
Voraussichtlich werden auch Felix und Merle ein paar monate später ausziehen. Du könntest dir dann deine eigene Wg aussuchen.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. August frei. Falls Interesse hast schreib mir gerne eine Mail oder ruf mich an.
