Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß mit schönem hellen Laminatboden. Durch die große Fensterfront ist das Zimmer sehr hell und die praktische quadratische Größe lässt einen alles gut unterbringen. Zur Wohnung gehört noch eine Küche mit neuer Küchenzeile und Waschmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Tageslichtfenster und Badewanne,sowie ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit großem Esstisch. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett saniert und das Badezimmer neu ausgestattet. Ein Kellerraum und ein Balkon sind ebenfalls vorhanden.In den 340 € sind Telefon+Internet, Strom und Fernsehen schon enthalten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Yorckstr., in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptcampus. Die Bushaltestelle "Blücherstr." ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Auch Ärzte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Penny, sind von hier aus schnell zu erreichen.
Was dich erwartet: Ich bin 24 und studiere Rechtswissenschaften im 4. Semester. Ich suche eine sympathische offene Mitbewohnerin für ein nettes Zusammenleben. Über ein geselliges Zusammensitzen und gemeinsames Kochen ab und zu würde ich mich freuen. Also meldet euch, wenn euch das WGzimmer anspricht! :)
