Da ich für ein Semester in Hamburg zum Praktikum bin, wird in unserer netten und gemütlichen Dreier-WG mein Zimmer bis Anfang Januar frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 m² groß, hell und möbliert. Darüber hinaus hat den Zugang zum Balkon, auf dem du es dir im Sommer in einer Hängematte gemütlichen machen kannst.
Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, in dem geräumigen Flur steht ein Esstisch. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC.
Die Lage unserer WG ist sehr zentral. Sowohl zur Uni als auch in die Innenstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Ein großer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten entfernt und die nächste Bushaltestelle findest du auch direkt vor der Haustür.
Wenn du auf Wohnungssuche bist und dich bis hierher angesprochen gefühlt hast, melde dich gerne jeder Zeit bei uns.
