Hallo allerseits,
mein Zimmer im Campus1-Wohnheim ist ab Anfang Februar frei.
Es liegt direkt auf dem Campus Scharnhorststraße (Gebäude 15) und ist ein Studentenwohnheim, deswegen kann es nur an Studenten vermietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Uelzener Straße und den Wald.
Zu Fuß ist man in fünf Minuten in der Bib oder der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
In fünf Gehminuten ist man beim Penny, mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man auch schnell den Aldi, Edeka und Budni.
In der WG wohnen noch drei andere nette Menschen. Geteilt mit denen werden die Küche und das Badezimmer.
Zuzüglich zur Miete werden vor Einzug 400€ Kaution fällig.
Das Zimmer ist echt niedlich und super, wenn man schnell in die Uni muss oder den Wald genießen möchte, in den man vom Fenster aus schauen kann.
Melde dich schnell bei mir, dann ist das Zimmer bald deins.

Hello everyone,
I will rent my room in a shared flat.
It's located directly on the main campus of the university and can only be rented to students. The room is spacious and very cosy.
In about five minutes you can walk to the library or the bus station, in about 10 minutes you can reach the city center by bycicle.
The next supermarket is Penny (about 5 minutes to walk) and there are also an Edeka, an Aldi and a Budni nearby.
The flat is shared with 3 other nice students with whom you will share the kitchen and the bathroom.
Additionally to the rent you have to pay a deposit of 400€ before moving in.
The room is very cosy and just perfect if you want to be in the university fastly or if you like to enjoy the forest which you can see from the window.
