da ich ab August ins Ausland gehe, muss ich leider mein Zimmer in meiner tollen WG direkt am Campus vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und bietet Platz für alles Wichtige. Darüber hinaus ist es komplett möbliert. Dies beinhaltet ein Bett inklusive Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, sowie einen großen Flachbildfernseher.
Die WG besticht darüber hinaus mit einer sehr coolen Bar im Flur, sowie einem gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Campus (1 min. zu Fuß), ebenso 1 min. von Penny und dem Fitnessstudio, sowie 5 min von Edeka entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 min. am Roten Feld, sowie in 10-15 min. in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof. Der Bus (5012) fährt von der 1 min. entfernten Haltestelle an der Wichernstraße ab. Die Lage direkt am Campus ist perfekt für Langschläfer und Sportskanonen. Und natürlich auch alle anderen ;)
Du würdest zusammen mit Anna (24, Grundschullehramt), Simon (21, BWL) und einer dritten, bis jetzt noch unbekannten Mitbewohnerin in unserer wunderschönen WG leben. Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Gerne wird mal etwas zusammen unternommen, z.B. zusammen gekocht. Und wenn man aber mal seine Ruhe haben will ist das natürlich auch gar kein Problem.
