Das Zimmer ist ca 18 qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster und einen TV Anschluss. WLan gibt es bereits von Kabel Deutschland, Festnetz Telefon inklusive (falls benötigt). Die Wohnung insgesamt ist ein Traum: Groß, geräumig, hell, frisch renoviert mit zwei Bädern (inkl. Bdewanne), einer Spülmaschine und einem sehr schönen Balkon. Eine Garage kann bei Bedarf für 50 Euro dazugemietet werden, oder auch weitervermietet werden.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Gegenüber vom Hotel "Altes Kaufhaus" in ruhiger Lage (wenig befahrene Einbahnstraße), gleichzeitig ist man in 2 Minuten am Kino, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Stint und in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und es gab bisher nie Konflikte. Auch wenn es mal lauter wird, besteht kein Problem, da niemand unter der Wohnung wohnt, da dort ein Durchgang ist. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick, insbesondere abends.
Bisher habe ich hier mit einem guten Freund zusammen gewohnt, der nun berufsbedingt auszieht. Ich freue mich daher über eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in), der/die mehr als kurz "Hallo" sagt, wenn man sich begegnet :-) Ich selbst bin 25 Jahre alt und Masterstudent.
