Unsere schöne WG am Campus sucht einen neuen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin. In der WG wohnen Tatjana (KuWi Master) und Christopher (VWL Master).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16,5 qm groß, hat vier Fenster und einen direkten Zugang zum riesigen Balkon, der ca. 12 Meter breit ist und von allen Zimmern betreten werden kann.
Sönke zieht nach 5 Jahren aus, da er mit dem Studium fertig ist.
Die WG liegt direkt hinter der Bibliothek und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (Dusche & Badewanne) und einem Haushaltsraum. In der Küche gibt es eine Geschirrspülmaschine und im Haushaltsraum eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (vom Vermieter gestellt).
Penny ist etwa eine Minute entfernt und auch Edeka ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern machen manchmal gemeinsame Aktivitäten, auch mit den Nachbarn. Alles kann, nix muss.
Enthalten ist eine Strom- und Wasserflatrate. Dazu kommt noch DSL-Telefon-Flat für etwa 17€.
