Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und gibt daher, trotz seiner eher kleinen Größe, Platz für alles. Durch ein großes Fenster ist es sehr hell. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bad in der Mitte des großzügigen Flures.
Die Barckhausenstraße durchquert das Rote Feld, ein schönes, zentrales Viertel Lüneburgs. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit wie Aldi, Budni und Denns sind es nur fünf Gehminuten. Auch in die Innenstadt zum Sande sind es maximal 7 Gehminuten. Der Bus 5012 fährt direkt vor der Haustür sowohl Richtung Uni als auch Bahnhof, jeweils ca. 10 min.
In der WG wohnen Jana, Julia und Kathy drei unkomplizierte, liebe Studentinnen der Kulturwissenschaften und Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Die Mädels kochen sehr gerne und planen ab und zu WG-Abende, jedoch hat auch jeder seinen eigenen Freundeskreis und viel Privatsphäre.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr großes Bad, einen Wäscheraum und einen Abstellraum im Keller. Außerdem geht von Julias Zimmer eine große Terasse ab, die alle mitnutzen können.
